Orders can be completed and personalised within 1- 2 weeks...If you require your product by a certain time, please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate that...All we then need is the colour & design you would like, and details on any personalisation.....Names & date of births are added FREE of CHARGE to the front of the boxes as shown below...The writing is addded using the same colour as the paw print boarders...  

We do offer a highly personal service too, so if you cannot see what you require then please don't hesitate to contact us and we can discuss any special requirements...

Delivery terms & conditions

Keepsake boxes can be delivered for a charge of £10 to anywhere in the UK...Please look at our online shop for full delivery charges....Your order will be carefully packaged & posted to the given address using Royal Mail, Recorded delivery...Damage in transit must be notified within 24 hours of receipt...
Alternatively your order can be collected from any of the craft shows/exhibitions on the show dates page...Unfortually we cannot post the larger items....Please call or email me to arrange a collection...

Payment

Credit card payments can be taken by telephone order or on collection at the craft shows/exhibitions...Payment by cheque is made payable to C BRADY....
